Ingredients

4 cloves of garlic,
1 egg yolk,
30cl olive oil,
15cl grape seed oil,
15cl lemon juice,
1 pinch saffron,
salt, pepper.

Description

Mix the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Crush the garlic, add the egg yolk, lemon juice and saffron. Blend. Pour in the grape seed and sunflower oil slowly to obtain a kind of mayonnaise.
