The present terms and conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between, on the one hand:

and the buyer, hereinafter referred to as "the Client," and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the online store of Mille et Une Huiles, www.1001huiles.fr, hereinafter referred to as "the Online Shop" or "the Site," whether the buyer is a professional or consumer, and for orders placed by individual natural persons by telephone.
By placing an order for a product on 1001huiles.fr, the Client acknowledges:

The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the offered product, particularly regarding colors.

Article 2: Price
The prices of our products are indicated on the website in euros including VAT (all taxes included) excluding delivery charges.
Mille et Une Huiles reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. When placing an order, the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.
The products remain the property of Mille et Une Huiles until full payment of the price.

To place an order on 1001huiles.fr, the Client must:

At any time, the Client can:

Confirmation by Mille et Une Huiles
Upon receiving payment from the Client, Mille et Une Huiles validates the order.
Upon receipt of orders, Mille et Une Huiles ensures the coherence of the provided data.
A confirmation email and invoice are then sent to the Client, indicating:
- The order number;
- Payment confirmation;
- The delivery and billing address of the Client;
- The order number;
- The order summary (description of the ordered Product(s), quantity, price);
- The delivery charges;
- The total amount of the order, including all taxes.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.122-1 of the French Consumer Code, Mille et Une Huiles is entitled to refuse any abnormal order made in bad faith or any unpaid order due to fraudulent use of a credit card.
Article 5: Availability
Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website, subject to available stock. In the event of a product unavailability after placing your order (stock error, product breakage), we will inform you by email or phone. We will then offer you the following options:
- Delaying delivery until the product is restocked, if possible,
- Refunding in the form of a voucher,
- Replacing with products of your choice with an equivalent value to the missing products,

Orders placed on the Mille et Une Huiles online store are recorded upon receipt of the corresponding payment.
We commit to delivering the orders:

The delivery times indicated here are valid under normal service conditions and for shipments made by our usual carriers.
If the processing of your order (especially due to package weight...) requires a specific routing solution, the delivery times will be specified during your order. If these times do not meet your satisfaction, you will have the option to cancel your order.
Purchases made on the Mille et Une Huiles online store can be delivered to the address chosen by the buyer, even if it differs from their residential address.
The customer selects their preferred carrier during the order validation.

Article 7: Payment Methods
Orders placed on the Mille et Une Huiles merchant website can be paid by three distinct methods:
Payment by credit card
Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, other blue cards (e-Carte Bleue)) involves redirecting the buyer to the secure Cyberplus server page of Banque Populaire. The collection of confidential information takes place on the bank's website, and after authorization, this information is immediately destroyed.
In case of refusal by the bank, the order will be automatically canceled, and the Client will be informed by Mille et Une Huiles.
Mille et Une Huiles uses a payment service provider and therefore never has access to the confidential information related to the Client's payment method.
Payment through PayPal
PayPal is a service that allows users to make online purchases without disclosing their bank details. The banking information is held by PayPal after the buyer has opened an account. Mille et Une Huiles does not have access to this information.
Payment by check
The buyer can also pay for their order by check issued by a bank located in mainland France or Monaco, payable to:
Mille et Une Huiles, Parc de la Saussaie, 10 bis rue du Moulin vert, 94400 Vitry/Seine. In this case, the order will be processed upon check clearance.
No payment extension is granted, and orders are not shipped until payment has been received and cleared. Without any communication from the Client, Mille et Une Huiles reserves the right to cancel an order if the check payment has not been received within 30 days.
As part of promotional activities, Mille et Une Huiles may offer discount codes to its customers. The discount code must be entered at the order summary stage to be valid.
Discount codes are applicable only to the value of the products, which must reach at least the value of the discount code and cannot be applied to shipping costs. This offer is not cumulative. Discount codes are not retroactive and cannot be applied once the order has been placed. Discount codes that offer free products are valid subject to available stock. Discount codes are valid until their expiration date.
Article 8: After-Sales Service
Returns and Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with articles L.120-20 and following of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any justification or incur penalties, except for return costs. The fourteen-day period starts from the day following the date of receipt of the items. The return of goods is at the expense of the Client, except in cases where Mille et Une Huile explicitly offers to cover the costs.
In the case of a return, please return your purchases, accompanied by their delivery documents and original packaging, to the following address:

Incomplete, damaged, soiled, or items outside their original packaging will not be accepted for return. Opened or partially used food products will not be accepted for return.

In case of parcel return due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or parcel being held, we will notify you as soon as possible. A second shipment can be made at the customer's expense. If the customer prefers to cancel their order, it will be refunded excluding shipping costs.
In the event of a lost parcel during transportation (if the carrier misplaced the parcel during transit, resulting in non-delivery to the customer), Mille et Une Huiles undertakes to ship a second parcel with the contents of the order at its own expense to honor the order.
Mille et Une Huiles will then request the recipient to provide a sworn statement indicating the non-receipt of the parcel, with a commitment to refuse the first shipment in case it eventually arrives. This statement will be used to file a complaint with the carrier and potentially with the police authorities.
If the second shipment does not reach its destination, Mille et Une Huiles will proceed with a refund for the original order.
Defective or Damaged Products / Order Preparation Errors
All products provided by Mille et Une Huiles benefit from the legal warranty as provided by articles L. 217 and following of the Consumer Code. In case of non-compliance with a sold product, it can be returned to Mille et Une Huiles, which will take it back, exchange it, or refund it.

Mille et Une Huiles will carry out all necessary verifications and may request additional information or relevant photos from the customer. Based on that, Mille et Une Huiles may respond favorably or unfavorably to the customer's requests. If the response is positive, Mille et Une Huiles will refund or exchange, at its own expense, the apparently defective, damaged, or faulty products.
In case of order preparation errors where the products were not received by the customer, they will either be refunded or re-shipped at the expense of Mille et Une Huiles.
If applicable, Mille et Une Huiles will request the return, at its own expense, of products that were not ordered by the customer and were shipped in error.
Article 9: Refund
Refunds for products will be made as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the date the right was exercised. The refund will be made at the discretion of Mille et Une Huiles:

- For payments made by check, refund will be made either in the form of a voucher or by a bank check addressed to the customer who placed the order and to the billing address.
