1 lime,
1 mandarin,
half a pink grapefruit,
half an orange,
2 tsp. soy sauce,
1 tsp. wine vinegar,
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil,
Sichuan pepper, 3-peppercorn mix or the kind of pepper you prefer.


Cut the citrus fruits and press them to extract all the juice. Sieve the juice and blend it with soy sauce and vinegar. Season with pepper and whisk while adding oil in a thin and steady stream.
