Tuna roasted in vinegar and garlic

4 fillets of tuna,
3 tsp. of olive-lemon oil,
2 garlic cloves,
2 or 3 tsp. cider-honey vinegar.


In a skillet, cook the tuna over medium heat 3 minutes on each side. Salt and pepper. Remove the tuna from the pan. Set aside.
Deglaze the tuna juice with 2 tsp. vinegar. Then add the olive oil, lemon and garlic and let the mix brown. Pour this sauce on the tuna.
