Salmon curry

800g salmon fillet,
300g crème fraîche,
juice of 1 lemon,
2 tbsp. olive oil,
2 tbsp. curry powder,
1 tbsp. paprika,
salt and ground pepper.


Cut the salmon fillets into cubes of 1 inch.
In a skillet or a large pan, fry the fish in olive oil over medium heat. Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Lower the heat, add the curry and paprika. Stir gently so that the spices coat the salmon fillets.
Then, add the cream, simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Serve hot with basmati rice or pasta.
