Lettuce, nuts and dried fuits medley

100g young spinach,
100g lamb lettuce,
100g purslane shoots,
16 walnut kernels,
1 tbsp. raisins,
1 tbsp. chopped parsley and chives,
50ml organic Honey Mustard sauce.


Clean and wash the spinach, lamb's lettuce and purslane. Strain thoroughly.
Break walnuts between your fingers. Rinse the grapes.
Add honey mustard sauce with spinach, lamb's lettuce and sprouts in the bowl. Gently mix.
Add nuts, raisin and herbs. It's ready!
